Mr El-Shazly qualified in 1978. In 1995 he worked as a Knee Foundation Knee Fellow at Droitwich Knee Clinic and a year later became a Senior Lecturer at the University of Sheffield. He now works on a full time basis at Droitwich Knee Clinic and is a member of the Knee Foundation's Clinical Advisory Board. Mr El-Shazly's special interests include arthroscopic surgery of the knee, revision arthroplasty, patellofemoral problems (anterior knee pain) and cartilage defects in young adults, adult lower limb reconstruction including malunions, deformity corrections, nonunions, osteomyelitis and other infections.

Mr Robinson qualified from Cambridge and London and trained in Orthopaedics at Oswestry. He initially attended the Drotiwich Knee Clinic as a Knee Foundation Knee Fellow and then became a Consultant at the Clinic. He works part-time in the private sector and continues his NHS work as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Worcester Royal Infirmary. He has a special interest in arthroscopic assessment and treatment of the Knee and Shoulder Joints.

After training on the North Western & West Midlands Specialist Registrar training programme, Mr. Moholkar took up the post of Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in December 2004. He is now the Clinical Director of the Arthroscopy Unit. He completed a fellowship from the United States of America and a Sports Fellowship from Australia. He has a broad base of various aspects of Knee and Shoulder surgery (Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty) and a special interest in Total, Unicompartmental & Patello-Femoral Knee Replacement using Computer Assisted Minimally invasive approach. He is also available for medico-legal consultations and reporting.
