Lesley qualified at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham in 1976 and is one of the Clinic's founder physiotherapists, joining the team in 1988. She became Trustee of The Knee Foundation in 2003 and President of the Worcester & District branch of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) in 2006. With a Masters Degree in Sports Injury and Therapy, Lesley has developed a special interest in all aspects of knee injury, particularly rehabilitation following ligament reconstruction and is continually involved in education and research within this field.

Nel graduated from Liverpool University in 1986 and first developed an interest in sports injuries whilst working at Wigan Infirmary. Nel joined the team in 1989 and also worked at the Worcester Rugby Club, gaining her MSc in sports injury and therapy in 1998. Nel had 3 seasons with Gloucester Rugby Club before joining the Taft Practice in 2006. Nel joined the Droitwich Knee Clinic team again in 2007. A specialist in sports injuries, she also has extensive knowledge in treating shoulders. Qualified to research level, she shares her knowledge by speaking at lectures for the Knee Foundation

Maureen has been a member of the Physiotherapy team since 1996 and has maintained her Professional development by qualifying as a Physiotherapy Support Worker (BTEC) and completing Hydrotherapy training.
