Lesley qualified at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham in 1976 and is one of the Clinic's founder physiotherapists, joining the team in 1988. In November 2003 Lesley became a Trustee of the Knee Foundation. Lesley has developed an interest in all aspects of knee surgery, particularly rehabilitation following ligament reconstruction and is involved in education and research within this field. She has recently obtained her Masters Degree in Sports Injury and Therapy. In 2006 Lesley became President of the Worcester and District branch of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP)
